Arrive Saturday morning at Delhi; Hotel transfer
(Option 2 is you catch a Sunday night flight to Delhi and board early morning flight Sunday Delhi to Leh).June 8, 2009 Day 3 (Monday): Leh (Trip is Ex-Leh from here)Arrive on early morning flight from Delhi to Leh; Transfer to Hotel. Acclimatization dayJune 9, 2009 Day 4 (Tuesday): Leh - Lamayuru - Alchi (6-7 Hrs)
Breakfast; drive to Lamayuru (Oldest Monastery on Central Ladakh Region) en route where you see a spectacular view of Mountain Ranges and Moon landscape. Alchi enroute visit Basgo palace, Alchi & Liker Monastery, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Lunch at Alchi. O/N Alchi, B/ PKD L/D

Breakfast; leave back to Leh by visiting enroute to Hall of Fame Museum; Back to Leh by afternoon.

Breakfast; drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft); reach Hundur by Afternoon, rest of the day to explore Deskit & Hundur Villages or one can leave for two hump camel safari in the sand dunes at Hundur Village. O/N Hundur. B/PKD L/D
June 12, 2009 : Day 7(Friday) Nubra Valley - Leh (5-6 Hrs)
Breakfast; proceed for Deskit Monastery and Drive back to Leh by same Route crossing Khardungla Pass. Visit Shanti Stupa & Leh Fort. O/N Leh, B/PKD L/D
June 13, 2009 : (Day 8) (Saturday) Morning Board Flight for Delhi
Late afternoon take a train back to Mumbai

Approximately Cost of Bag-Packing Trip (Ex. Mumbai) – Approximately (Rs.19,500/-) (Service tax would be applicable).
Includes
Mumbai to Delhi (Train Journey – 3 Tier AC)
Transfer to Delhi Hotel and Overnight Stay at Hotel on June 7, 2009
Standard Food and Stay at Ladakh Hotels / Tents (Twin Sharing)
All transfers from Leh Airport to Hotel (Arrival and Departure)
All Inner line permit charges
Group size considered while budgetting
The pricing is worked out based on a minimum group size of 6 to 10 person on twin sharing basis.
Cost is inclusive of all Transfers as per trip plan / All Meals / All Inner line permit charges / Accommodation on twin sharing
Food
The cost also includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Standard meals.
Transport
Travel - Non Ac Qualis / Scorpio as per tour programme only each vehicle 5 to 6 persons + driver or Maxi-Cab 8 to 10 persons + driver
Accomodation
Accommodation has been budgeted based on twin sharing basis
Accommodation will be provided in decent Guest Houses with attached bath, in some location may also tents.
Important Note
1. Payment Terms: 50% Advance and balance 50% before April 20, 2009.
2. No Refund for unutilized services.
3. No Insurance /Emergency evacutation / any kind of emergency support system is not included in the cost.
4. Any Hindrance cost in the tour operations due to Floods/Storm/Landslides/Bridge damages; any extra expenses incurred is not included in our cost
5. Any missed hotel stay or missed tour will not be compensated and all incurred expenses are not included.
6. Every member will have to sign a disclaimer form before the trip.

Any taxes applicable at the time of payment has to be borne by the customer.

5. Any Kind of Cost which not mentioned above.
6. Any kind of extra services or added services charges will be added extra.
7. Any Kind of Drinks (Aerated, Mineral) – Alcohol not permitted during the trip.
8. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.
9. Cost of flight journey from Leh to Delhi; has to be borne by the customer and is not budgeted in the trip fee.

Confirmed railway reservations / airlines tickets may not be available for persons booking late or may turnout to be more expensive.
